At George Mason University, I built a molecular network focused on Fukutin- and FKRP-associated secondary dystroglycanopathies. The work involved learning Pathway Studio, constructing disease-specific network models, and connecting relevant literature findings to known modulators while continuing to refine and expand the model over time.
