At National Institutes of Health, I have contributed to research focused on alpha-dystroglycanopathies within the Neuromuscular and Neurogenetic Disorders of Childhood Section at NINDS and the Therapeutic Development Branch at NCATS. My work includes using AI machine learning and deep-learning tools to predict relationships between disease-causing genetic variants and clinical phenotypes based on functional impairment and severity.
